#NomadicLifestyle

Breath in, breath out 🧘‍♀️. In uncertain times like this, we must find balance. It’s time for us to connect with the moment and focus on self-healing. • Ironically and not related to the current events, our year's inspiration has been self-healing in our HEALING FLOWERS collaboration with artist/healer @facingblankpages. Meditation, sport and a healthy lifestyle with ourselves and the environment should become our number one priority. • Meditate, exercise and stay healthy. This is the time for us to support each other and become stronger together.

Travelling is a drug I would never give-up on. This one was a very short weekend escape from my ever hustling & bustling corporate life. Residing in Mumbai, Alibag has been due for me to explore since always, when I opted for this mini trip I never thought it to be so relaxing and rejuvenating. The people I met, the time I spent the memories I made especially staying in those small tents which I always wanted to; will be with me always. Go check out the more about my small weekend getaway trip Bucketlisters, find the link in my bio 💙 Featuring the traveller: @jasminee.khan __________________ For Featuring😍 👉Follow and TAG @indiantravellershub 👉Or DM us ____________________ Congratulations: @jasminee.khan #jasminetravels #jasmineblogs #alibag #beachcamping#bonfirenight #weekendgetaway #weekendwanderer#travellergirl #indiantravellergirl #blogginglife#hippieliving #relaxingmoments #mybucketlistindia #mbli#beachvacation #indiansightseeing #carefreeliving#backpackingadventures #ferryrides #mandwabeach#revdandabeach #gatewayofindia #mumbaigirl#nomadiclifestyle #landscapephotography #beautifulbeachview #beaches #beachphotoinspiration #beachbum #beachvibes

Half the time this bus adventure has us feeling cultured and adventurous. The other half of time has us feeling like cave women that haven’t been fully clean in 6 months and are minutes from communicating in points and grunts and foraging for edible plants. . . . @somedaythebus #buslife #skoolie #skoolielife #skoolielove #skoolieconversion #skooliefamily #twomoms #twomommies #homeschooling #skoolienation #vanlife #gotiny #fulltimetravel #tinyliving #makeachange #optoutside #tinyhouseonwheels #slowdown #vanlifediaries #homeiswhereyouparkit #buslifeadventures #travelfamily #nomadiclifestyle #simplify #alternativehouse #womenwhoexplore #travelusa #lakehavasu

We’re fine with self-quarantining—bus life kind of prepares you for isolation. And honestly it’s been nice not having to worry about where we’re going, if/where we should spend money, what to see, do, taste, experience next. ⁣ ⁣ We’re not having to spend any focus or energy on answering those questions, so we’ve been spending our energy on the bus! 🌞 ⁣ ⁣ We really love our current spot, we just wanted to up the outdoor game. It’s been raining a lot here, but today it’s been beautiful so now we have a lovely little plant haven! 🌱 ⁣ ⁣ We’re growing some veggies🍅, did some yoga, and, of course, the hammock. 🙌🏻⁣ ⁣ I think I’ll just keep on quarantining here, thanks! ⁣ ⁣ Did a quick tour of our outdoor spot in our Stories if you want to check it out. ✌🏻

There are days where the light here in Santa Fe makes the buildings glow. While we've been staying up "on our mountain" more this week ... in respect of social distancing... I still couldn't be more grateful to be here in #SantaFeNM through this unusual time... Partially because I think the Governor is doing a pretty solid job taking things seriously and cautiously... and keeping the counts down... ... but even more because the natural beauty of this city and the mountains here bring me a sense of simple daily joy. What are you finding joy in today?

This quarantine has given us TIME.✨ Time to reminisce over past adventures. We’ve started to go through all our old photos/videos and remember beautiful memories from the last year of travel. 📷 We decided to leave Australia over a year ago and it’s been an epic adventure to say the least. We have both learned so much, about life and each other.👫🏽 That’s what travel does, it constantly keeps you learning and growing, keeps you on the edge of your seat. 👍🏼 The picture above is from our trip in Nepal last April, it’s one of our favorite countries thus far.🇳🇵🗻 We highly recommend taking a trip to the home of Buddha! *when the times right. We would love for you guys to go through all your old photos/videos and tag us in photo from a trip you had in the month of April. It doesn't matter if it’s from last year or 4 years ago. Think back on the photo you choose and tell us a memory from that trip ☺️ We can’t wait to see all of your special memories! April may look different this year on the outside but it doesn’t have to change on the inside, what you think and feel AND love still counts! 💕J & L . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #visitnepal2020 #nepalnow #nepaltrekking #hikingculture #mountainadventures #adventuretraveler #nomadiclifestyle #weadventure #beautifuldestinations #travelcommunity #discoverunder1000 #nepal_visuals #mountainview #choosetowander #hikingadventures #exploreourearth #amazingnepal #gratefulmindset

It's been quite the journey these past few years learning about my body, what it is capable of, as well as listening and dialing in on what my body needs to survive and thrive. But as I've grown and learned more about my body, I've also focused on what works and what doesn't. With having endometriosis, I have tried everything under the sun, professionally and holistically, to find what works for me. I have removed meat and dairy, as well as highly processed foods from my diet and switched to whole food plant based. I didn't know that dairy affected me like it does. I mean, I had a pretty good idea but never a definitive answer. For the past few months I have eaten pretty clean and stuck to no dairy. This has had me feel quite amazing and I can't even tell you when my last endo flare was … until today! For the past few days I've consumed some dairy products. I knew there was a possibility I would be affected by it, but didn't realize how in just 3 short days it's made me look slightly pregnant and I now have endo flares like no one's business. But even though I feel like shit, I am beyond grateful to have the time and patience to experiment with my body so I can keep it running optimally and performing at its best. After all, we only live once. Might as well feel good doing it 😉
