WEEK 3 - SW #slimmingworld
So I'm counting this as my 3rd week as I haven't been on plan really since group hasnt been on (except the week just gone).
I had been good but definitely went overboard with snacks and had 2 naughty takeaways in the same week! 🍕
Last week I weighed myself at home and I only had gained 1lbs since the last group weigh in so I'm counting my lucky stars there! - Absolutely down to me having a bad tummy for a week but hey ho!🙃
I must admit I didn't expect such a big loss this week but I have been really trying to stay on plan. It has been really difficult with all the temptation in the house (kids treats) and the stress of everything but it absolutely pays off because ever since I stepped on the scales I've been so bloody happy today and proud of myself! 👐
