Wasn't overly keen on posting this, pretty much anyone that knows me has never seen me with my shirt off so it took a little bit to post a photo of me shirtless. Anyway 8wks ago i started the Your New Beginning challenge at Genesis fitness, dropped 7kg and definitely feel an improvement in my fitness and strength. GYM CHALLENGE 🏟 Quest'espansione è basta sugli ultimi quattro capipalestra della regione di Kanto: Koga, Sabrina, Blaine e Giovanni, ed è il secondo set dedicato ai capipalestra, dopo Gym Heroes. Le 98 carte che compongo il set sono, per la stragrande maggioranza, tutti artwork del maestro Sugimori, una vera gioia per gli occhi. ⭐️CHALLENGE DAY 3⭐️ How to hold your headstand TOP TIPS Remember only try this one if you can safely do your headstand. 🔺Always make sure your 2 hands and head make a triangle ✋🏼🤚🏼👱🏼‍♀️ (2 hands make the bottom of the triangle and head at the top) ⭐️start with your feet out in front and walk them as far into your body as you can, keep your bum up high and don’t let you back go too rounded otherwise you do a forwards roll! 👯‍♀️slowly and safely only if you have a stable triangle at the bottom, lift 1 leg into a tuck shape. When you have mastered this you can try to lift the next leg up too and HOLD the tuck shape. ✋🏼🤚🏼SO important you press down on your hands (imagine a table with only 1 leg - it would fall over! You are being an upside down table with 3 legs so they all need lots of pressure) 🤸🏻‍♂️ only if you can hold your tuck shape then you should attempt to straighten your legs. If you’ve never done it before - save it for the gym and just practise the triangle shape. We don’t want any accidents! 🥇if you can hold for 90 seconds you are a master! Don’t hold for any longer and come down, feel free to try different shapes upside down like straddle, pike, star etc with your legs.. and well done!!!
