As this week comes to an end , I want to take a moment to thank all the mental health workers that are out there everyday to protect, support, and help people that are suffering from mental anguish due to #COVID-19 . . Often, many of us go into the mental health field to help others and serve the community. During this pandemic, mental health workers have been working non stop to help our patients manage their stress, anxiety, and depression and provide resources as a result of COVID-19. Along with nurses, doctors, and emergency responders , thank you to all the Psychologist, Psychiatrists, social workers, therapists , and crisis responders that are taking care of the mental health of our community members . . Bagaimana Mencegah Gangguan Kesehatan Mental? Stress adalah penyebab yang sering dikaitkan pada seseorang yang mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental. Berikut beberapa langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi stress: - Mengkonsumsi Makanan Sehat. Makanan yang baik untuk tubuh seperti buah, sayuran, dan biji-bijian - Hindari Kebiasaan yang Tidak Sehat seperti terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi banyak kafein, alkohol, merokok, atau obat-obatan terlarang. - Meditasi Meditasi dapat memberikan rasa tenang dan damai yang bermanfaat bagi kesejahteraan emosional. - Tertawa Tertawa tidak hanya meringankan beban mental tetapi juga menyebabkan perubahan fisik secara positef pada tubuh. - Memiliki Tidur yang Cukup Kualitas dan jumlah tidur dapat mempengaruhi suasana hati, energi, konsentrasi dan fungsi tubuh secara keseluruhan. Our minds are complex things, and sometimes what feels right to survive confuses us.
