Mis días y semanas últimamente son bastantes simples (o así lo quiero ver porque QUE LADILLA TANTO PEO) Les cuento, va mas o menos asi: ☑️Café: primer paso para ser Blancanieves y no Grumpy (el enano gruñón) . ☑️ Luego del desayuno, arreglar un poquitin la casa. . ☑️Entrenar: me gusta hacerlo por la mañana (aunque no siempre fue así) ahora siento que es la dosis de energía que necesito (cuéntame si te gustaria que monte alguna rutina) . ☑️Otra comida más, luego la merienda del #HuracanSanti (que muchas veces no es para Santi🤭) . ☑️Cena: FIN. A veces hay un asalto a la nevera pasada las 10pm esto dependerá de mi nivel de ansiedad del momento. . Simple no? Simple things. Limited on time or don’t know what where to start or what to do? Easy biceps, triceps, and core work that you can turn into a short circuit. Although I did a collection of exercises yesterday I still managed to get one hour in with as much as I did. Fear you might get too “muscular” or “bulky” because you’re female?
